Nearly six years have elapsed since I acquired an object of significance - a pedestrian sign. This sign, denoting "Jewellery Quarter to Sand Pits" along with a directional arrow, became a cherished possession of mine. Its simple elegance captivated me.
Throughout the years, it journeyed with me across various apartments and houses.
Whenever I relocated, ensuring its presence was paramount, for I held a vision of transforming it into a coffee table. When I finally brought that vision to life, the result surpassed my expectations. The process was a laborious yet rewarding endeavor, fueled by my passion. Now, as a new art movement takes its first steps, this physical artifact stands as a tangible reminder of its origin.
Long live the Pedestrian.
